Talk with Monster = sleepless night

Today, got a chance talk with Monster, thanks to Mr. V. (=.='')

Story goes...

M: Is it no turning back?
I: Yes...

M: What if I change u to another team.
I: No... is still the same.

M: hmmm... then i will process the necessary document...
I: (nod my head)

M: If Papa Reptile wanna talk to U?
I: Ask him to save the energy, I will not talk to him.

After 10 Mins...

I: M, I need to talk to u. (If never tell him the prob, I cant sleep well)

(After a long story bout complaining... ... ... ...)

M: What if i change you to reporting team? So u no need to handle calls?

I: How bout lady A? (Lady A doing reporting all the while)

M: I will transfer her to be Sing Ma team as TL. Because she has TL background. So we do not need to hire TL anymore. And u already have the experience bout their working style. Good to have u in team.

I: hmmmm.... er.... (struggling)

M: U no need to let me know now. U think first then let me know.

This is what make me sleepless. I really don't know how? What if Lady A do not want to change? Colleague ask me not to worry because as M can offer you that, that's mean he can manage to change for u?
