This few weeks....
This few weeks, I'm doing what? haih.... "Hello, Welcome to Reader's Digest, I'm Lee. What can i help u?"This is what i say everyday... tired... customers screaming... argh~ I'm learning to be patient everyday. sumtimes sum customer really make me piss off! What can i do next??

my comp jz a outsource com for RD. Don ever think that ppl that got high edu or read RD magazines got etiq, is the same. the worst 1 is singaporean. they lke shouting. i think no where to let them shout then they call to RD... :(
