Recently, me and friends were discussing one of our fren's relationship with her bf.

She changed alot, because of her bf. She become materialistic! She always tell us how bad is her bf, when together with her, still flirt around with other girls. We are shock when heard that! All of us of course advice her not to be together with the guy cuz not worth.

We realise that if everytime she angry/mad to her bf, her bf will buy her branded stuffs to make her happy, eg, tag watch, LV, Burberry, HP and etc... So make her materialistics.

She once told me that she will not take things from his bf, but now, since her bf treat her badly, she wants more from him.

She told my the other frens that they are planing to marry, and get a house from Mont Kiara. That time they are just in relationship for 4months. She also showing off to us...

All of my frens ignore her already, including me. Each of every of us ask her to leave the guy, she doesnt want cuz the guy is rich, can buy her many things...

I feel so annoying when i went shopping with her @ 1U. I was telling her that i am asking Tommy and Randy for clubbing but Tommy like doeant want to go. Guess what... as usual, she act smart and say, Hee Wei, You are like that lor... Why you want to call them, when i as Chia to go, Chia sure will ask them ma... Bugger, how do i know? I just ask them ma... Sally later explain to me she is boh song that Tommy and Randy sayang me... so say something hurt me.. When we at Kitschen, she told me that she will not wear any of sleeveless shirt cuz she has unbalance color skin. but 2 months later, she is wearing sleeveless dress. And went Zara with her, she bought 2 same shirt with different color. When i ask her why u bought 2 same shirts, her response is "leave me alone la". Gek sei me...

We are thinking is it this relationship maked her change or she is already like that, just that all of us donno her much?

Now that we go makan, minum also dowan ask her... when she is in the car, will non stop talking her story... showing off...

We know that now, she is a selfish fella, a princess...

She get a bf but lost all of her frens... for her is worth... for us, she is stupid.

Yesterday too happy, drink alot... 6 glasses of Johnny Walker... end up with vomit till the whole floor... i remember I vomit 2 times at the place. later Jusri say wanna send me home... i say No... my dad going to kill me if saw me like that... we go back office...

back to office, i vomit again... my face was so pale... then rest for 1 hour, i drive home... Jusri follow behind my car...

back home, i vomit again... early morning at 6am, yes, again. morning 11am, yes another time.

i feel like all my organs tight up together... i ask him how to cure this? he ask me to makan... but i really got no appetite, i force myself to makan.. after 5 mins, all come out again. i abit dizzy, then go to sleep.

after sleep, quite ok dy. can feel hungry... then faster makan... till now still feel my stomach abit weirdo...

No next time... haih...

I really cannot tahan and wanna share this out.

Today is a day that make me sooooo upset.

She, again is she. Trying to talk bad behind me. But she ter-copy and paste the msg to me that suppose to paste to her best friend, which is our client!!!!!

I am just asking y the agent doesnt have the priority to talk DCM calls. then she copy my msg and trying to paste to Heather.

I really don understand. I just wanna help. today Loges not in, 2 agents on MC/EL. I tried to log in to get the calls, help to save the service level. am i wrong??? what the hell she wan to complaint!!!! everyday sit in the room tot that she is big boss!!! kns!!! apa pun tak tau buat!! as a leader, the simple Wide hearted also don have!! how can Jusri expect u to do more???

I really beh tahan them... Today after meeting when Jus announce that he will pass RD to her, I really sad. When ppl tell me that life is unfair.... Sometimes I do agree that... Because I found out... Some ppl work less, like to "hang satay" and their salary is WOW~, some ppl work like dog, perhaps a cow but the salary always below average... WHY?

But everytime we complaint, the problems will still there. I think GOD is fair enough... HE knows everything... For example, my cousin sister's husband passed away when his son is 1-2 years old. We are quite pity on her because son still young, and she alone need to take care for her son. However, her son is very clever. I think he will be a tomorrow's Leader. [:

There are too many WHY that we can't really explain. And do not know HOW.

Anyway... GOD is watching us every second...

Finally I got my title already. It has been working with reporting stuffy 3 months... now I'm not Contact Center Executive but Reporting & Statistic Analyst. nice title?? hahahaha~

I really enjoy doing this job.. although sometimes need to working until very midnight or very early morning but i still enjoy it. I break the World Record - Work from 11am - 6am. Yes, is 6am morning. When I reach home... just jump on my bed & sleep. My manager sms me whether i reached home or not... but... i already dreaming la... scared him.

Thank God for my promotion. My manager told me that he doesn't know why wanna save me from leaving this company... but he say his decision is correct. hope that i don disappoint him.

Today, is the day I need to inform Mr. M whether I will stay in Reporting team or not... Morning was so busy because Azil never show up already. So sad. He broke the promises! Sigh... Cannot blame him because his work is really sucks.

Mr. M walk to my place. I think he wanted to know my decision. But I'm on call, I just smile to him. Then he just walk away.

Later on, he manage to get me, he asked what is my decision? I asked him is it alright to change me to reporting team and change Lady A to become TL? I do not want misunderstanding happen. He said is alright. Then I said OK. He is gla & say thank you to me & said will tear off my resignation letter.

Lunch time, Ms. D & Ms. B asked me when is my last day. I say I will stay and change to reporting team. Ms. D claims that reporting team very headache. Every morning have to meeting la.. blah la... & lot of bad things. I was shaking, I scared I made a wrong decision. Ms. D said you can hold the letter first, ask Mr. M give u a try for 2 weeks, if you think you really cannot make it then you still can go.

I was so worried bout that. After lunch time, I got my TL to talk about it. He say is good to change. And he claims that he is so disappointed for the team. Like Azil leave without telling him. And everyone is blaming on him. Pity him to take this blames! We cannot talk much because of spy prob. I tell him to inform Mr. M to hold the letter.

I am so worried. TL saw it, knew it.

When Mr. M came back from lunch, TL inform him to hold the letter. I feel so guilty to break the promises/decision I made.

I decided to go his room to explain to him, ask him what should I do for reporting. He explain again. I say sorry for holding the letter. He say never mind, he would like to give me a try for 2 weeks, if let say I cannot handle it, I still can go on 28th Aug. He said he also feel glad cause I accept the change.

Back to my seat, I talk to my lovely neighbour. I tell her I hold back the letter. I said I really blur. Do not know who is the GOD, who is the DEVIL in the office. Really hard to find one person to talk too & 100% believe in him/her. She tell me not to listen to others! That let me think of I should pray & ask Wisdom from God like how King Solomon do so, have the wisdom to filter all the words I listen and not influence from them.

Evening time, received a stupid call from SG. Screaming on the phone! Until I mad up ask "IT" don't shout on me. Director was out from room to look what happen, everyone looking on me. TL asked me to pass call. I say never mind, I can handle. I manage to hang the phone. So KNS!

Mr. M invite team members to meeting room to have a talk. For half hour. I do not know what they are talking about, only 5 person in the meeting. Just know that from next week onwards, we have to work from 830am to 630pm. Oh no!

Later on, everyone is busy for house keeping, cleaning & taking photos. Suddenly Mr. M ask me to aside, say Director wanted to talk to me! HUH?! I tell him you "bai ngo xiong toi a?" (Put me up the table) He say no. Director just want to have a chat with you cause never talk to me before. I want to escape & tell him that I wanna go for the farewell, no time to see him. He say just awhile. Hate it!

Go inside Director's room, tell him everything all over again! He asked me why change my decision as morning tell Mr. M no problem but after lunch change my mind. Is it Ms. D talk something with me that change my mind? I wonder how come he knew about it? I say she just explain to me only. Later on Mr. M come to ask for release because I need to go to arrange for the farewell makan.

Mr. M sit beside me at the restaurant. He asked me how's the talk? I say nothing much, just tell him all the probs. He say he & director just want the potential staff to stay. I just give him a big Ha~ Wonder is true or ...?

I asked him whether know the surprise or not? He say yes. 2 person never show up. I say still have ppl will not show up on Monday. He say luckily HR got ready some candidates for interview. He say thank you to me. I said is no good to tell you so.

In the makan hours, in between I got talk with Mr. M. I look at TL face like a bit weird. Like got things wanted to talk to me. But he sit too far from me, so...

Mr. M told Ms. B to work from 830am-630pm. I told Ms. B don't bother him as already after office hour. Haha... Then he tell me those pay above RM1500 not able to claim OT, so he will give incentives. He ask me RM10 per hour is it OK? I say is quite good, rather than don't have. 1 week will have RM50 extra salary. Good/Not?

When back that time, Ms. B try to brain wash me. But, I know all she told me is not the truth! Not to put in heart what she said.

Forget & forgive is needed. Although is hard, but after ypu try, you will see the Sun after the Rain. Now me & Mr. M nothing already. Can talk, can laugh, better than last time.

是的，本姑娘已经辞职了。很多人会以为我有问题... 可能是吧！我再也忍不住一个没有组织的公司。

我是帮新马读者文摘做客户服务。你们知道啦，读者文摘有很多contest。当我接到电话打来问contest的事，我就很害怕。因为手头上都没有资料。很头痛。你可以想象我们还得问顾客信里有什么？天啊，我们不是应该先知道的吗？

当然，这样的事，已经禀告公司里的“鬼”，但结果还是一样。已经不是第一次了！那些工作比我还要久的，已经投诉到不想再提了，只有我们几个新丁一直提。

读者文摘很喜欢无端端送人书籍，别人都没订，他们就寄来。结果我们被骂。很衰吧？上个星期五我被一个笨印度人骂到哭。我的眼泪不能停的一直流下，同事都安慰我，说当他们笨蛋等等... 要怎么忍，怎么当呢？我是人啊，有情感的，我不想当木头。

很大的原因是我不适合当客户服务，因为我是热血青年，不是木头。

昨天把信给了vincent，他也把信交给了“鬼”。他说“鬼”要和我谈。有什么好谈的呢？告诉他这公司有多烂？

高高在上的人通常不会听人民的哭诉... 所以能避则避。避免与“鬼”有勾结。

Talking bout this topic, is the moment when i am extremely down. Things happen unexpectedly. Words from mouth come out unexpectedly, heart bleeding because of things & words happen/ come out unexpectedly.

It's hard to stay at a place that is no Appreciation. No mather how hard I try, how hard ppl work, still there complaining, arguing. They will not praise you for the good job you done. They will tot that is the job you suppose to do.

So happy + nervous when saw 2 kiddy hamsters, cuz scare the mum will makan the baby again. last few times experience which all the kiddy kena makan!

today early morning, wanna step out to work, found that the hamster mummy disappear! i was thinking "oh shit!" jz scare that kiddy hamsters will mati kelaparan! searching those dark place in my house still cannot get her. no choice, i asked my dad to become "hamster sitter" for me for today.

i sms twice to dad see whether can find the irresponsible mummy anot... but msg reply as fail... but my dad did help me to feed the kiddy hamster... thanks dad... muakz...

when i back home, i go to grandma's room, saw the stupid mummy hide behind cupboard, quickly ask my dad to help me catch it... funny thing is when my dad squad down, she don even saw my dad, summore "sniff sniff" & walk out. FINALLY, dad catches her.

We put it back to the cage with her kiddy... will slap her gao gao after the kiddy grow up.

Besides Mr. Wong, i also miss Mr. Chang. He is a story teller. He always tell us those ghost story... but is without ending 1. Another 1 is Encik. Zamzuri. He is a good BM teacher as well... but now donno where he goes. heard that he went to Kelantan.

I play bowling for quite sometime, when i study @ college. but not really know how to play... means the steps. everytime i saw those team players play, FUYOH... yah yeng!!!

Last month, Jocelyn ask us to attend bowling session with canon's fella. Well, actually not planning to go cuz is Sunday ma... manatau... got Malaysia player there to teach us how to play!! *wippy* so now i play bowling got the YENG style edi... * grinn*

yesterday, we played 2 games, 1st game, quite bad.. only got 70pin i think. 2nd game i got 102 pin.. wor... consider not bad edi la.. haha... my colleague Justin only got 40 pin... muahhaa... his bola always to longkang. i think he is the longkang king!

sumtimes we'll blame god that y u din listen to my prayer, i prayed so hard but yet the thing still happen? but do u ever think god give u the trials/ difficulties because HE knew u can overcome it. God promise not give us any difficulties that v can afford to take it! For god's child, we have HIS grace to follow us all our life.

We have his grace, so we have to forgive ppl. doesnt mean u forgive the ppl already the wound will disappear! the wound is to remind us about god's grace!

Election almost near.... hmm.... i nvr register myself for the election... don blame me ok... hahaha... wonder why our MALAYSIA system can't automatically register those already 21st yrs old that have the right to vote. why must we go to PEJABAT POST to register?

I found out funny thing is, my dad was born in Sitiawan, PERAK. his IC of course is xxxxxx-08-xxxx. he stay at klang got 30 yrs, address change 3 times to SELANGOR STATE. but he still need to go back to sitiawan for election. funny huh? i tot change address at immigration means change evrything including the election. unfortunately no. can sum1 tell me y?

now every1 HU-HA about the election, for which to vote, which to lead our country. i found this nice advertisement on news paper. have a look....

Basically this is all about BN wanna show how they lead the country by comparing the price for daily use. BIG CIRCLE in RED is MALAYSIA, follow by Indon, thailand, Philipines & Singapore. I CIRCLED the SINGAPORE in YELLOW.

1st column is FLOUR, then follow bu sugar, cooking oil and petrol. for those "SMART" ppl will think "wah, everything in Singapore so expensive la... malaysia so CHEAP." but do u noe they r earning Singapore Dollar which RM2.24 = $ 1.

Let me do the calculation for you.

EXAMPLE:

Flour = RM2.30/RM2.24 = $1.03
Sugar = RM3.28/RM2.24= $1.46
Cooking Oil = RM6.80/RM2.24 = $3.04
Petrol = RM3.86/RM2.24 = $1.72

After doing comparison, only SUGAR more expensive than Malaysia RM0.01. hahaha~ Hello... nx time when advertise sumthing that doing comparison please do checking b4 advertise.

Sunday morning v have services, the sanctuary is full of ppl. got new frens here, members that long time nvr c... early morning, last min practise for song presentation with May & Rev. Chan, so scare that i will "run voice", hehe~ but luckily still ok. phew... 1st time solo leh... -.-"

lunch time went to Fruity makan makan... YC camera is just nice-{3.2MP leh, how to compare}-.. okok.. nice camera phone... feel so so, extremely tired after makan, eyes totally want to close shop...

nite time went to sis there, exchange gift, i got a dairy... haih... is kid's diary, i think i can give to KIDS as i din write manual diary anymore... wahahha~ i got 3 gifts in total. from big sis, 2nd sis and another is exchange 1.

26th Dec is my dad birthday, went to "le fu men" for dinner. fuyoh... service damn bad. order for fish head, then come fish body. the bowl got cockroach smell, the green chillies inside got cockroach as well. sis order watermelon juice, got cocroach taste as well. dang... y like that huh? shud i call MPK to do sumthing?

When my grandma sleep in the coffin, i was thinking what is the feeling of sleeping inside? my grandma is in heaven now with her mum. what will heaven looks like? i really want to know. according to Bible, heaven is the pace without tears, worries... wonder y v, human on earth got so many things to worry... worry bout job, health, blah... sum how i really think of y don i go heaven ASAP? then got nothing to worry, no more tears, no more working, no more those annoying ppl, all bad things will gone away..

it doesnt mean i will go and commit suicide, if so GOD will send me to HELL because of not appreciate your life. Jesus who died for us is the reason for us to live...

down with my working, things cannot settle, really plan to leave... tell me 1 reason to work hard... suffer suffer... all i can say is suffer..... i only can be happy when i go to church.... when im doing the things i like... eating, sleeping, reading....

i always appreciate my life and feel im so lucky because im Lee Hee Wei, live in malaysia. think of those ppl in hungry always, in war.. in horrible life, im so lucky.

On that day, 12 am, my phone sms non-stop, wishes non stop... haha~.. get a call from receptionist say that i have a flower. i wonder who sent me flower? after a while i go down, saw jessica & audrey busy taking my flower... wan help me to spread news... oh.. is from my sis' actually.. they say ceh... don believe& finally saw the card... when lunch time, lina they all bought me a cake... so happy... & suprise as well... thanks...! muakz...

night time i went makan with family at pizzarie @ bandar baru. the food not nice if compare with DAVE.

Yesterday went to little genting with CG members. so happy... nice scenery. hmmmm... like it so much...

HP has 1 promotion, which is call Go Green. The promotion is ask us to recycle. Mah show us linkin park MTV - What I've done.

THINK THINK...!!!!!! ONE WAY here!!!!!!

Recently found that chinese are so headache.

My reseller - T**** always give me headache.

auto deduct price given without prior notice
always wanna get further discount which already super best price
pay rm1 but expect rm10 return
always like to ma fan me to send this and that and never earn her more than 1% from our cost sum more need to send to end user place.

Why this world got this kind of ppl? really "yeng sui" chinese... so kns..
